Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders within our primary countries typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders generally take 7–21 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, based on your location and the delivery option you choose.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you do not receive this within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected].
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos and email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly at no cost to you.
